HOW TO APPLY?
1. Start with dry lips and face. Remove any excess oiliness that may be on your lips.
You may opt to line your lips first or after, whichever is easiest for you. Lining your lips makes glitter lip application flawless.
2. Apply your Gel Bond one lip at a time. For freckles simply put the gel bond where you want the freckle to stick. With our kit, you can customize the exact placement of your freckles by using a brush and getting creative. You can also use a stencil to create the type and shapes of freckles that you would like!
3. Apply your Dream Glitter with the Dual Tip Applicator or a Flat Brush. Use the other end of the Dual Tip Applicator to clean up your edges. Follow the same steps for your other lip.
4. That EASY!!! You are all set for a GREAT TIME with your smudge proof Dazzling Freckles and Sparkling Smile!!!!
